unwanted charges
I purchased concert tickets from Live Nation and somehow they got my e-mail, credit card etc information from that and started charging...they said they will take charges off - but now I have to watch for that! I will close my account and reopen a checking to avoid further problems...this company should be sued!~!! how illegal.

unauthorized debit
I recieved unauthorized $12.00 charges on my debit card for this company whom I had never heard of until the charge posted to my account. When I contacted 1-800-826-1885, they could not tell me how this happened and offered to cancel the membership and return my money to me. Isn't that strange that they were willing to give me my money back all within a three minute phone call...they didn't even challenge anything. They know they are a scam. After reading everyone else's posts, I concluded it must have happened when I ordered from Pizza Hut Online as well because I haven't shopped the other businesses other posters mentioned. I am now boycotting Pizza Hut...they will not get any more business from me.

recurring $12 debit
Apparently while processing a payment for concert tickets at LiveNation.com, this 'Complete Savings' company used my debit card information to begin an unauthorized subscription to their service. They debited $12 on the same day every month from my account for 3 months. When I called them to find out who they were & what they were doing, the lady was emphatic in stating that I had requested a subscription to their service and that they make their subscription details as clear as possible on the websites on which they attach their 'services'. Although they claim that I subscribed to their service, they had no problem agreeing to cancel the service and refund the charges that they made to my account...i'll have to wait and see if that actually happens. Regardless, the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau will be contacted in my state to register this issue.

$10 Coupon offer
Complete Savings places $10 savings coupons on other businesses websites. After you complete a credit card purchase from Performance Bike and many other "reputible" retailers, you can click on this coupon offer and ComSavings captures your credit card information and you have agreed to a $12/month fee foe discount coupons. The retailer and Complete Savings each say they are not affiliated with the other and that the $12/month fee is explained in the terms. I did not see the terms, did not realize I had left Performance Bike's website, and feel strongly that Performance Bike providing my credit card information to Complete Savings is fraud. Do Not buy from Performance Bike or any merchant that links you to Complete Savings.

USING DEBIT CARD UNAUTHORIZED
I was making an appt. for AARP medicare because I received a card. When I called to make appt. a gentlemen connected me to this complete savings, which I never heard of. I hung up because I did not want anything. I checked my bank online and notice they had used my debit card and deducted $12.00, but I do not know where they got my card number since I talked to no one. I did email them and plan to call in the morning. How can companies do this without any authorization from card holder? Isn't this illegal?

unautorized cc use
I too was scammed by complete savings. When I saw the charge on my bank statement I had no idea who they were and after "googling" them I found their website as well as a slew of complaints similar to mine. They fraudulently received my CC info off of a purchase on FTD. The how still remains a mystery. I read that quite a few people just sucked up the twelve bucks which is absolutely the WRONG thing to do!! Report it to your bank. Not only will you get the charge reversed but they will initiate a fraud investigation with minimal hassle to you. We need to get "businesses" like this exposed and shut down. You can also report them online. I searched fbi fraud and came up with an online fraud link as one of my top responses and was able to file a formal complaint pretty easily. With the exception of plane tickets, online shopping is very new to me and I want to keep enjoying it. PLEASE!!! Do what needs to be done.

Unauthorized Debit Card Charge
As many of you I recieved an unauthorized charge to my debit checking account. It was for $12.00. Not only that but I didn't have any funds in my checking account at that time and was hit with a $25.00 NSF from my bank. After reading peoples comments on here and collecting as much info as I could I called the companies number and talked with a CSR Of course I knew it would get me no where to argue the charge with her. So I asked her about the charge and she said it was from the business I did with OneStopPlus.com. Ok, so I just had her cancel the so called membership. Then I contacted the companies customer service rep. couldn't get ahold of her personnally so used the email listed in one of these complaints. Asked for a refund, also contacted the Connecticut Better Business Bureau, also good info I found via previous compliants on here, to file a complaint and try to get a refund that way. And off to the bank Monday to get a new debit card and try to beg for the NSF charge to be lifted. Wow, I used to love to shop on-line. To bad I won't feel safe to do that anymore until these companies and their affilitates are stopped!

unauthorized charge to debit card
I noticed an unauthorized charge on my debit card on July 3. In attempting to contact the company, was notified that their phone system was down and to go to their website which was also down.
In their phone message, the indicated that I could cancel my "membershi" (to what and why) by pressing 1. All this did was NOTHING!!! The message continued to refer me to their website.
