Are we going to be blindside again? I bet we do they are beginning to sneak around and do what they want with no regards to the fact the we have a union . Like it or hate it the union is there to protect us. and this company does everything the can not to deal with the union.they lay off people with 14 yr and keep people that only have 9 months.they will not work with the union.we have to take intimidation, threats.bulling by our supervisors on a daily basices. who could work under these conditions and not fear that your going to make a mistake and be punished.the union tries it best but when you have ignorant management team that likes to strong arm people you get what you get additude and hostility .we can not even get the gloves we need to work with with out a fight.We are called thieves all the time..But when it.s all said and done its the management team that cant do their jobs
