I order a sample of Dazzle White for $1.95 and was later charged $58.76. They said it was follow up and then I get charges like $7.14 for Comprehensive Weight Loss Ebook saying I signed up for it with the Dazzle White. And other charges from other companies for small amounts. They say its in their contract but apparently its the fine print.

Comprehensive Weight Loss ebook charged my account without my permission. When I called to tell them that I did not sign up for their program and that they had charged my account without permission, they said they would not charge in the future but would not refund the previous charges. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that none was available and they didn't know when one would be available. They stole money from me.
