I purchased a Tablet PC from Compsource on 2/16/2011. It became available in stock on 2/18/2011. I realized that the address I tried to change in paypal reverted to the old address and that was the shipping address. I called the company on 2/18/2011 to change the address before they shipped. They had no plans of shipping because they said they didn't know if it was in stock. They checked and it was. The person I spoke with was assigned as my customer representative. He said that he was changing the address as we spoke and he would contact shipping and email me the shipping details. I didn't hear from him again that day. I called this company 4 more times. Each time I checked on the change of address and was finally sent a Web Order confirming the address as the correct shipping address. They finally sent it out after having told me it was being shipped 3 times. It went to the old address. I called Fedex for instructions and called Compsource and told them that Fedex would like for them to call so that the delivery address could be changed. They didn't or wouldn't. The package was delivered and no one knows where it is now. The rep from CompSource spouted off a policy of having to ship to the Paypal address to the Paypal representative, who agreed with him. I asked the Paypal rep that if he knew about the policy, why didn't he tell me that it would have to go to this address instead of just shipping it to the wrong one? Was it because he knew I would cancel the order. He knowingly shipped it to the wrong address because everytime I called he said that he would have to call shipping to find out what the hold up was. I always checked the address. I have the order with the correct address that had been change over a week before shipment. This came the day they shipped it out on 3/1/2011. Supposedly, there is nothing anyone can do and I am out of $170.00.
