This is the worst place to get your computer fixed. I took my computer in to have my motherboard replaced only to get it home and the computer would not work. I took it back and the owner diagnosed it as having a totally different problem; a bad hard drive is what he said this time (I was charged $95 for this diagnosis even though he promised he would NOT charge me since I had to bring it back) Well I then, being the fool that I am, allowed him to replace my hard drive which cost me an extra $200.00. I had to take it back two more times after it did not start up and when it finally did I found out that he DID NOT PUT MY OLD INFO ON MY NEW HARD DRIVE!! Not only that but he actually threw my old hard drive away!!! Every person with common sense knows that people's hard drives these days contain an infinite amount of valuable info! He never even asked me if I wanted it back and had the audacity to say 'transferring the information would have been too costly for me!' What a #@*%#@! That hard drive contained all of my business information and a million pictures of my children and family which can never be replaced! I am in the process of suing that *#!@*! I am also filing a complaint with the BBB! Do NOT ever go there.
