Billion B7300G Router
I bought the router after Telkom did a line installation. After the installation the router did not work, Telkom came out for the second time and charged me R 800 to confirm the router does not work. I took the router back to Comp Corp, whereby they informed me that because it was more than 7 days they will have to send the router to be checked (as they did not know how to test it in the shop). I was not happy about this, as this router was still brand new. By accepting the 2 week TAT to return the router, I gave them 3 weeks, upon which I phoned to find out what is going on and was sent a SMS later that day to say I must come and collect. I went for collection, upon which they did not know anything and also mentioned that by the looks of things the router was never sent in. Not happy, but accepted. Received another SMS 1 week later to say please come and collect, upon which I collected. They gave me the same router and confirmed a Firmware upgrade was done. Check the router again, upon which it still does not work. I am willing to go through this again. (The router is used for a business, upon which I have already bought a new router due to this.) Please help !

Damaged stock problem
I have a ATi 4890 graphics card that I bought at Computer corporation on 24122009. On 30012010 the card started giving me problems. I took it to Computer corporation on 02022010 CRO number: 000777. I am still waiting for the card to supposedly come back. How long should I wait. I had the card for just more than a month. Fast to sell, slow to replace. If it can't be repaired or what ever, refund me then. Sort it out for me as I will not tolerate this. If I have to I will be taking this matter on further. I buy alot from them, but if this is the service you get when you have a problem, they can keep their stuff.
