Merchandise turned out to be inferior, faulty equipment
I purchased hardware over the internet from Computer Geeks Discount Outlet, Inc., Vista, CA 92083. I contacted the company because I was having difficulty with the hardware. The merchandise turned out to be inferior, faulty equipment. Since the company offered no assistance I returned everything. Now they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee. To date I have not received any credit for the return at all.

Awful service
I purchased the Sanyo VPC-ZH1R High-Def Recorder from ComputerGeeks.com
Two weeks later, the device stopped functioning and I RMA'd it for a replacement.
The replacement was previously used, did not contain one of the two batteries nor the SD card.
When I brought this to their attention, I was told they "Someone will try and locate the missing parts. Tech Support will contact you within 24 hours."
Two months later I still have not been contacted, I still don't have the parts, and they will no longer respond to my emails.
Their website is up and they appear to still be in business.

Sells used garbage as new
I purchased a "NEW" item from Geeks.com. It took 2 weeks to arrive. When it did, it was clearly "USED" the packaging was ripped open, the instructions were missing, and the cd that came with it was in a ripped open celophane bag.
When I asked for a replacement, I was told "go to the site and buy it yourself"
They sell used or returned garbage as NEW.
