I went to this company to purchase a refurbished computer for my three year old son. After taking it home and setting it up, I first tried playing a child's game on it. The game would not install. I next tried to play a DVD on it, but it would not play. The next day I tried to return it for a refund. The cashier hooked the computer up to her monitor and tried to play a DVD. It would not play. I told her, "You see, it doesn't work!" Her reply was, "Oh, it wouldn't work because the DVD was an x-rated DVD that another customer had left, that's the only DVD I have here." I then told her to forget it, just give me a refund. This is when the trouble started. She told me is I wanted a refund, I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I could not believe this. She explained that the 15% fee is charged because a worker has to go in and clean the computer out since I used it. I asked her what is it they have to clean out, I had not done any work on the computer. Another thing, I asked her why didn't the cashier who sold me the computer tell me about a 15% return fee. Had she told me about the restocking fee, I would have never bought the computer. The only thing the cashier told me was that I had a 90 day warranty on the computer, nothing about a 15% restocking fee.

i order the computer in 2008 and they promise me i get the printer with my order and and i never recive my printer and my "free gift" and i also had to wait so long for the computer after i paid the full price of my order everytime i call to ask for the rest of my order the bitches that anwser get a bad attitude to me and those stupid assholes hang up on me and they piss me off so fucken bad and im really pissed at the company and if those motherfuckers arent gonna keep their promise they shoudnt say all that bull shit they say on the commercials to get more customers to make more money without giving them their stuff the only thing they do is rip people off!!! that company is worthless!!!

i went to there web site to see about getting a computer filled out app and they sad they needed copy of ban statement and check stubs i told them never mind and i look at my bank account and seen they pulled out $39.96 today with out my permisson
