thanx to zebcom computers for giving good support. i purchased mron atx cabinet with 450w smps but when i visit the service center i come to know that mron company closed down but zebcom computers given me new smps

I entered into a verbal contract with Blue Hippo. I was promised if I make bi-weekly payments as agreed upon that at the completion of my contract i would received a $300 rebate, 20 inch flat screen television and a Complete Software Bundle Pack. I complied with the terms of the agreement and received my computer as they stated in the allotted time. However, upon completion of my contract, I have not received any free items mentioned and have attempted to contact sustomer service who has takes anywhere from 40 mins to 4 hours to answer the phone. I've written the Upper Management department who responded to me in two weeks and stated, " Upon research of your contract it has been determined that you have completed your contract in the agreed upon fashion. And your free items as listed will be shipped from 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order." The purchase date was: 05/02/2007, the completion date was: 05/29/2008. And as of 11/19/2008 I have not received any items and according to the cutsomer service department they have not been given permission to ship anything on this account as of this date...I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around and the Owner/operaters and works for this company will get just what they deserve and know where it came from when it arrives...Disappointed in New Jersey
