on May 12, 2011 I ordered a battery back-up for the computer, APC 350VA (new), for $61.30.
What I received was a used, defective APC 350VA.
It cost me $20.95 to send it back.
CompuVest tested it, found it defective, and gave my credit card a credit for $61.30.
The transaction cost me $20.95, and I had to buy the back-up at Staples.
