Even after sending my correct name/contact details, the dealer has made booking for my new vehicle in wrong name
Even after sending my correct name/contact details, the dealer has made booking for my new vehicle in wrong name where my sir name was wrongly spelt in the Invoice, Vehicle Insurance, Vehicle Tax payment papers, Registration Authority forms etc., When the same was asked to rectify, they rudely say that I would become a second owner as vehicle needs to be re-registered in my actual name. For the fault of the dealer, I have to suffer.

Further, prior to purchasing Manza, I had cancelled my Tata Nano that was allotted to me through the same dealer and till date I am yet to receive my full refund of Rs. 1.40 lakhs though more than 3 months have passed. There is no response either from Tata Motors, Pune nor from the dealer. They are just delaying the process of refund with some excuse or other. They do not escalate the matter to their higher ups and there is no details provided on either of their sites about whom to approach with our grievances. There is no response from Tata Motors for my frequent e-mails sent and the Customer Service Executives on phone are either rude or give some excuses.

While taking the vehicle to home i realized that the air conditioner was not working
I purchased the vehicle(indica vista quadrajet aura) on 4-1-2010. The delivery was done on 11-1-2010. While taking the vehicle to home i realized that the air conditioner was not working. I reported the matter to the sales executive one Mrs.Sindhu. She replied that it will be rectified immediately. I brought the vehicle to the service centre the next day at 9.30 a.m and explained about the defect in the airconditioner. They asked me to wait inside. After 8 hours i.e at about 5.30 p.m., the staff advisor, one Mr. Sudheesh said that they could not detect the actual cause of the failure of the airconditioner. He told me that he will inform soon after the repair. The airconditioner was repaired after 2 days and he informed me through a telephone call. But this time he said that there is another problem detected i.e. a leak of engine oil in the turbo hose under the vehicle. He explained that it was a manufacturing defect. He promised to replace it free of cost. But the fact was that the hose was not available in there so an order has been given to Tata motors for the supply of turbo hose and it will soon be available in the service centre and replacement will be provided soon. He also said that he will inform me when the turbo hose is available there. Twenty days had been passed after and no one from concorde motors had contacted me regarding the replacement of the turbo hose. I am not able to use my car due to the negligence of the concorde motors.

Unprofessional attitude and looting customers by way of service charges by Concorde Motors
I bought TATA motor vehicle TATA INDICA DICOR in Feb 2008 Vehicle No. TN-20-AM-7796 through Concorde Motors Ambattur, Chennai. From the beginning I was cheated by Concorde Motors Service centre and they looted money from me in the name of service charges and parts not covered under warranty.

The recent being, I gave my TATA Indica DICOR for service in June 12 and I was billed whopping 22, 000 Plus…. Every time Customer Relationship manager and service supervisor gave full length story that they cannot do in warranty or in extended warranty and billed me whooping service charges.

To my knowledge Concorde Motors Ambattur, Chennai simply water wash the car and fill the oils and bill the customers with huge service charges and make customer to visit more and more so that they can extract more money ….on next visit………

The major issue I had with them is clutch plate and window pop up from the day 1 since I bought the car in 2008 and asked Concorde motors to replace. Every time I was told that it was minor issue and they simply settle the issue with temporary solution and send my vehicle back. Within next 2 days the problem will crop up again.
Concorde motors exploit person like me who always on international travel and doesn’t have time to visit personally and depends on family members (my aged parents) to coordinate the service.

And most ridiculous issues apart from billing me for Rs.22000+...in previous service are that Concorde Motors have charged me around Rs.450/- for picking up my car from my home at ambattur to your service station and another Rs.400+ to resolve window pop up issue.

The other unprincipled part is so called feedback call from Concorde Motors to customers from pane/Mumbai about service. The call centre executives mostly force customers to give rating at least 7 out of 10 and never records any negative comments. This has happened many times for me and when I say I not satisfied with service I was told that concerned person from ambattur Concorde will call or visit me to settle the issue. As expected no body visit or calls us.

The most recent burgle from Concorde motors is on 11-08-2010 where in to fix my window pop up issue they charged Rs.1000/- saying that it neither comes in warranty or extended warranty. When I asked why they have not replaced the parts in the beginning when I reported this incident in 2008? And asked them to look in to the system history where in all my issues will be recorded from 1st service.

I am astonished to note that I was told that they cannot do anything and it is past story.

Instead of doing 3rd grade unethical business like this it is better they open up a chop shop and sit…..

I regret to have relationship with Concorde motors and request the consumer forum to take up the issue with concerned

The worst of all is the service, a real pain in your neck
In my opinion any body who has not owned a maruthi brand car can comfortably buy this car.. I mean about the service. The car cruises @ 160km/hr without any effort without any shake or vibration to the steering. Excellent performance mileage etc., The worst of all is the service, a real pain in your neck. when i took delivery TATA indigo CS TN 22 BB 2750, they gave the delivery in the evening, after 1 week the bumper started fading slight bluish colour, the AC air regulating duct is very loose it never stays in its place even in slight bump it goes up, the clutch was so hard & i took it to the concorde motors the supervisor told i have done some painting work outside, i told it was 1 week old vehicle then they want me to report to the concerned sales person. Finally does it. And after a month the rear bumper starts fading the whole process starts again. What is more painful is the way these people speak. 2 Weeks before going for the first service the vehicle met with an accident and we need to replace the Fr. door and tinkering on the fender. Two weeks later i went there to leave the vehicle for service even at that time there was some small tinkering work due to minor accident and i told them to repair the same along with the service. The Concorde person started teasing me saying they cannot take up the vehicle bcoz it had met with accident. This is where i really went on my nerves, will somebody in my dreams come and say that this month you will meet two accidents. I have paid for the vehicle for my insurance if reqd. will pay for any damages who is he to abuse me. I DIDNT LEAVE MY VEHICLE FOR SERVICE I made a call to Anupam Mishra the head of concord Chennai. He promised me to get the work done and it was done. They said they will rotate the tyres and they changed the stepney. Third service – Before the third service there was no sound coming from the vehicles dash board after the service the AC was discharging heat air then again i went the next day something was not right with the heater they said they will change some parts and now the thermostat doesn’t work the blower started forming ice cubes preventing the air to flow the tyre got worn out in the inner side, I made a wise decision not to go to concord but instead to a brigestone dealer who did a computerised wheel balance. We also have got one more Maruthi 800 car which was purchased two years back before buying the indigo CS we had an esteem the service of maruthi was very very good infact we tried for dezire that was taking more than 3 months for delivery that’s why we bought this indigo cs. You can never compare the service of maruthi (MSM)Maruthi Service Masters - though the vehicles performance is not up to the mark, esteem after reaching 140 km/hr the steering starts wobbling and we feel the vehicle is slightly out of control Indigo CS is superb. Simple, I gave a complaint the boot is not locking properly and there is much difficulty in locking the concord guys without seeing the vehicle they said ALL THE INDIGO CS IS LIKE THAT. Whereas in MSM the supervisor will listen to our complaints and if we are not satisfied they will not deliver the vehicle. Tata motors they keep telling you to give 10 points if any body calls from tata motors HO but they are reluctant to do work. Please remember THIS IS " BUYERS MARKET & we are not living in the 1970's. Because of the poor service customers will teach a lesson...
