I ordered a product from this company and I wanted more information regarding a problem Ive had. The product does not work as it claims to be. I called the company today on December 4, 2009. The first two times I called, two male Chinese speaking representative put me on hold for several minutes, then hung up on me which is very rude. Finally the third time I called, after I had been on hold for several minutes, representative Carl Lee (who claims to be the top manager of the entire company) came on the line. I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Mr. Lee then actually called me names in Chinese, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to any customer. I have never heard in my entire life that a customer service representative ever calls their customer names!!! And Mr. Carl Lee did!!! Mr. Lee then continued to say he could not help me and hung up on me right away. I then called back once again and asked for the name of Mr. Carl Lees higher level management for further assistance. However, I was told Mr. Lee is the top manager of your company that none of the Chinese customer service representative would give a higher managers name. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer services.
