The company was negligent in posting and showing the rental property. It took them over 2 months to get the properties listed. Once it was listed they could hardly be bothered to show it. On numerous occasions they would not even follow up on a direct request for a showing. The company cost us nearly $10, 000 in lost rent due to their negligence. On top of that their sales department blatantly lied to us to get us to sign up with them. They did nothing in terms of management and had additional charges that we were never made aware of for nearly anything they did, which I was directly told was part of the management contract. We repeatedly would post the ad ourselves listing their number as the contact and again on numerous occasions found out that they would not return the call for a showing. Our property is approved for public housing assistance, which they lied and said they we familiar with. After months of their non performance, we finally listed the property with our own personal phone numbers and it was filled in less than 2 weeks. Essentially they did nothing as far as management and caused us months of lost rent in addition to their fees.
