I have a serious complaint about a Judge in Rockville Connecticut that even My attorney is upset about, We have made a motion for him to recuse himself due to obvious bias and failure to apply basic Connecticut State Law in his ruling. I have an appeal hearing pending against this Judges recent ruling with the State of Connecticut Court of appeals. Although I have this pending appeal. On March 14th as a result of a the motion I filed he fails to remove himself from the case and I am to sit before him May 4th, on a motion to Modify his Previous ruling that I have appealed as well as for a contempt motion filed by the other party, as I am unable to pay the order he made which is not within my means. I am thousands in debt and need some help!!

I need this to be exposed, the information of bias is great. Please let me know if you are interested in a story that exposes Judicial abuse to the general public the ability of a Judge to rule uncheck as this is against the fundamental right of a citizen to have a fare and impartial hearing.
