Our charge card has been charged $22.95 per month for 3 years before this scam was caught. This company tries to confuse you when calling in to complain. Once you are able to talk with someone they state since it has been so long they cannont reimburse you for the charges per your authorization.

1st - We never authorized our charge card to be debited each month for $22.95.

2nd - we found they were debiting our credit card for more than one $22.95 payment each month. The second is under a name called Homeworks Plus.

3rd - When we asked how this transaction occured we were told by either Infomercial, Internet or iService. After talking with 4 supervisors no one was able to confirm how it was originally ordered

4th - we asked for proof of the authorization to charge our credit card. We were told finally by the 4th supervisor that no records could be found since they purge their voice records every 24 months. Thus not being able to prove we ever ordered this item.

5th - We asked all 4 times when we called for someone to explain what we were getting for $22.95 per month (times 2 of course) and all they kept explainig was it was a discount service for 20% for retailers. We asked again and again how we are to get the discounts no one was able to fully explain. Kept talking in circles.

6th - We then called a different number for the 2nd charge and the phone was answered in the same manner as the first even though the phone numbers were different. They already knew we had cancelled the first item called connections.

7th - When transferred to a supervisor that sate: "We have already been briefed on your problem. Can you fully explain again" this takes so much time by the time you get to anyone you are really frustrated.

8th - Just to be then told to mail into their offices a written complaint and you are also told they won't do anyting for you. Worst thing is one of the supervisors gave us a PO Box to mail our complaint to. When we asked for a real address she was reluctant to give it to us.

If there is any advice we can give is not to order off of Infomercials, do not press on anything that looks like a 10-20% discount button on your computer screen. And most of all if you doo sign up for anything make sure you have asked exactly the full amount you are being charged.

Needless to say we will be taking this company to court. They have no proof we ever signed up for anything like this.
