I also want to FILE A COMPLAIBT AGAINST brasma inc. I too placed an order on 12/14 as a christmas gift. I also can't leave a message on the number provided nor has anyone returned my email messages. Howver they found no prblem charging my credit card as well...My next step is to contact the better business bureau...
