This is the 2nd time in 3 yrs i brought my computer back to conns to fix (i bought it at conns). 1st time took 6 days this time it was 11 days and they still haven't fixed, so i went 30 miles picked it up brought it to another place (dr.pc) and was fixed in one hour and half the price. Oh and they had no record of a deposit which i produced my copy of it and of course it'll take 2 weeks for me to get my money back, but they sure wanted my money before they would even look at it and they didn't even do that in 11 days.
