i recently bought a 50inch toshiba television from coons . After a couple of months my tv would start flashing the picture off and on . after a week of that the picture went completly out . i called conns service dept everyday for weeks to get someone to my house and fix it . after about 2 weeks a guy came to the house and looked at it and said he would order the part . Two weeks went by and they called and said the part was ready and they were sending the same guy to fix my tv . he came to the house but guess what . tv still doesnt work so he ordered another part by this time he ordered the whole lighting unit and came for the third time still my tv sits unrepaired .i cannot get any answers from the servive dept > i told them their customer service sucks and asked them if they had certified techs or do they just let anyone into peoples homes to try to fix their stuff !! i want my tv fixed i paid the insurance and have ben very patient..i will never buy nor send anyone to purchase anything from Conns ... the name says it all .
