We purchased the extended warranty on our refrigerator bought in feb 2008, It has now quit as of 05/09/10, I have been trying to get a repair person out since then, one came out from Sears on 05/12/10 but told my husband that he could not work on it, It had to go throught the A&E warranty, whatever that is. Today is 05/19/10, repairman did not come out today because apparently Conn's messed up something on the paperwork, and by the time it was corrected, Sears was already out of our area and would not come back. I have made numerous phone calls to the service center, talk to several people been told many different things, AND...not one of them has EVER returned a phone call. I am done with CONNS, all I want is my icebox fixed or replaced, I am sick of living out of an ice chest! Charles and Sherri Smith, 405-356-4214.
