Automatic billing to my credit card withdrew pmt for Dec. and January, but the phone service had an interuption early on in December and could not be used in January at all. After calling the first time I was promised a refund for services not received. When nothing seemed to happen, I called several times (2-3x in Dec., Jan., Feb. and March) and, and was told that it was in progress or waiting for approval...everytime I called they kept telling me the same story over (on file) and that it would take time (6-8 wks). Last call (3/23/11) I was promised again a refund. Today, April 4th I still have not received a dime.
The rumors are true, they are fast to take your money, but forget getting your money back. Make sure you pay only per months, that way you are only out one months...or even better, look for another company with a better refund and customer satisfaction history!
