This so called collections agency says to be proffesional when in reality they are far from it. I called them to set up a payment play for some money i owed to a school. I know i owe the money and wanted to do right. I called the collections company and spoke to a representative there who took my information and agreed to set me up on a payment plan of 3 months for three seperate charges to cover what i owed. Low and behold at the end of the week they took all three charges out at one time and over drafted my account. So when i called they informed me that they were sorry that this was not the way they conducted business and blah blah blah. After all that i was more angry because they informed me i would recieve my money back in 2-4 weeks. So first you steal my money and then you make me wait for it. Then they tell me send me proof of where we charged you and your bank statement, and blah blah blah..!!! Ive never felt so used and upset at the same time...

Our receptionist at work received call from Glen at Conserve asking for me. Receptionist asked if I was expecting his call, he said no this is a private business matter. Left his number 866-625-5094. I researched this online found to be a collection agency for student loans. I have no loans unpaid. I will not call them back but am concerned about a collection agency calling me at work, especially when I owe no one anything.

We have received several phone calls from this company first trying to verify employment and then garnishing someone wages. They have threathed to sue us if we do not help them. One person who call is Tara Johnson and another is names Gary at ext. 2360.
