That did not count drive time or the group presetation that leads to the indivudual presentations and I wanted to leave so bad, my husband said he would purchase this timeshare. I said He could but I wasn't. Somehow in the mix of signing papers to be on his membership I signed papers to be on the note. I was trying to hurry and catch the shuttle so I didn't have to wait for it to come again and I wasn't really focusing, I thought since they knew I wasn't going to be part of the purchase they would have just handed me the other papers. Why would I think they had scruples. After four years of payments at 17% on a loan we can not get refinanced like they said, I decided I'M DONE. I stopped payments in Febuary they call us every 15mins on the minute, from 5 different #'s. I just tag them all and assign the silent key to them. There was never any promise fullfilled, except that free buffet in ghetto part of Las Vegas, LOL. I never got the weeks paid vacation, not even the one that would still cost me $. I have nothing to give to this Company. We have never used this timeshare for fear that the sales team will attack. Life is to short to let one company try to own you via Credit Report I refuse to participate. Class action, sounds good, ([email protected]).
