I found the need to visit the Family Dollar located @ 1250 E. 105th St in Cleveland, Ohio 44108 (216)229-7381. In search of Allan wrenches in your dollar tools section because I was help my son move into the community located near by. But, unfortunately I never made it into the store because I fell into the parking lot from the E.105 St, due to major holes and unleveled surface. My boyfriend then got out of the vehicle to help me get up. He went into the store to check for the item and approached the security guard to inform of the fall and she claims she saw me fall but sat back down into her chair (located near the doors). I was sitting in the vehicle rubbing my right forearm and checking for injury to my right front calf area below my right knee, it was burning and showed some redness. This incident occurred about 6:20pm on 10/8/08.

I would like to know when the errors/holes at the end of your driveway going to be repaired to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I have photos of the area were the injury took place. Will it be necessary to obtain a lawyer for this injury because it definitely was an unconvinced to me, especially when the product I intended to buy, your store did not even have!

I would like a response back concerning this matter within 24 hrs. Please.
