Dr. Yagoobian has the worst service I ever experienced I went there when I had my child for 5 months my son had a rash and he kept prescribing the same cream so when I went yesterday I told him I wanted a allergy test done he said no I told him to refer me to a dermatologist he said that’s not necessary he said he will give me a stronger cream I told him no we been using the cream the soaps the baby oil for 5 months and nothing is working I want to see someone else my baby is suffering and your cream doesn’t help so he got mad and said FINE LETS SEE IF YOUR INSURANCE COVERS IT!!! And I told him I wanted my son and I to get a blood test done because my mom had a bacteria infection and we wanted to see if we had it he told me no that it was a virus so I told him no I want to get checked for it still that’s what they told my mom and he refused again so I told the head nurse and she said ok that’s fine we will do I told her that the dr. had said no so she talked to him and he said fine ok with attitude. ! So I do the test and sure enough it came out positive and I need to see a specialist because I'm allergic to medication and he says to me I'm sending Nathan to a lab that’s my son and he continues to say we might as well do an allergy test. I was raging because he should have done this a long time ago. And when he was checking me and was going to give me my prescription he didn’t even look in my file to see what I was allergic to I had to tell him and then he tells me well can you take this kind of medicine. How am I suppose to no I’m not the doctor? And another thing the thing to weigh the baby on is broken you have to hold your baby and then you go on alone and they deduct the weight.
