this company has taken money out of my checking account without my permission. theyb have taken over 600.00 and they refuse to return it. i am turning them over to the bbb and the ftc, so they can't do this to anyone else. i wish we could all file a lawsuit against these thieves. i personally would love to see this company go bankrupt

I had 2 charges withdrawn when applying for a cash advance. One was from Government Grant Membership for $39.45 and the other was for $45.95 for a Medlink Health Care Subscription --both with some DBA My
Catalog. I have spoken with someone through their live chat who told me my money would be refunded once it posted as paid. That's been over 2 months ago. I talked with someone on Oct 17th and they said my information was sent to the refund dept. on Oct. 3. I still have not gotten my money back. Who can I refer this to.

This company withdrew two amounts out of my account, then when I got them on the phone with the bank they told the bank representative that they were refunding me the money by mail, so I thought that everything was ok, then on 10/16/08 they withdrew another $49.95 out of my account which made my account go into overdraft status. I live on S.S.I. and V.A. Pension, and I cannot afford this. Something needs to be done.

I APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN BUT GOT NO RESPONSE, THEN GOT CHARGED 49.95, NOW 39.95. CALLED AND NO ANSWER, SENT EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE. BOTH TIMES MY ACCOUNT GOT OVERDRAWN AND HAD CHECKS RETURNED, I KEPT CALLING AND FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO SAID I WOULD GET A REFUND IN THE MAIL.

Withdrawing money from my checking account with no authorization. When I looked up the company information on WHOIS, I found the following. You should try this phone number. The registration for the website is in Herndon, Virginia but the IPHost is coming from Austin, Texas. Something smells fishy. I hope these bastards get sued.
