unauthorized monies
I know nothing about this company and have not authorized any type of payment from my account. This company took $49.95 from my checking account for no apparent reason because I have no business with them. When I attempted to call their toll free number, they keep you on hold for an excess of 3-5 mins. and pretend as if your call will be taken in a matter of seconds and then in the end they disconnect the call and refer you to their website to speak with a Rep and that too does not work because they claim to all busy handling other client. But, I will not stop here with this matter because this is outright fraud and they should not be taking anything from my account..

unauthorized $$ from my account
they have taken $49.95 from my checking account that i have not authorized. I didnt sign up for any thing, just looking for different loan info on line. I have been unable to reach them. Calling my bank to report the fraud charges.

took money from my account that i did not give permission
i went on line for a payday loan and receive it did not sign up for nothing to be taken form my check but this when it is due. I don"t even know how this company got my information. This company stole my money out of my account my bank is closing this account up .

Unauthorized charges
I just checked my bank account and saw a check drawn for $49.95, and I went to the website. They could not even identify me! What's my next course of action?

debiting acct for scam company
they are a billing company for a bogus website called platmember.com. They put through a counter check on my checking acct and when I called them they claimed that I signed up for them through some 3rd party. I told them no I did not and an agent named Shawn said they would not I am cancelling my acct and they would mail me a check for a refund in 30-45 days. I called my bank and am processing a fraudulent check alert on my account. I called the bank and an agent in customer service actually looked at the website of the platmember.com and saw it was a joke website. If you got nailed follow through with your bank and report them for fraud with the BBB and the Atty Gen in the State you live in as well as in Nevada where they work out of.

Fraudulent checks purportedly authorized by me were charged to my bank account as follows:
Check #75744 dtd. 10/03/08 - $49.95 - allegedly for Platinum Membership-fortress Secured INC
Check #67320 dtd. 10/14/08 - $39.95 - allegedly for Government Grant Membership - DBA Fortress Secured

i did not authorize you to take any money out of my account, 49.95!!! who the hell are you!!!!!
i checked my bank account, and found 2 bogus checks for 49.95 each!!! i did not authorize these!!! and now my account is in the hole!!! these people need to be STOPPED !!!
