I am Ma. Avigail F. Calderon, i am looking for a job and was subscribed to aarknet for jobs update.i have applyed for the position as customer service specialist to work in ireland. i receive and email from [email protected] stating that they need to conduct a test to further process my application and here are the test and answers i made

The advantages of my job is that i decide on the account i handle meaning i advice our card holders on what they should do to their account to save it.

i really like the job itself but my problem is because we are more important to collect payments and extend much time at work i cant balance my time between home and job.

I am the type of person who set goal for myself monthly and as a result i was more often included in top 10 epmloyees

I am very open with my boss with regards to work and personal and i know they were pleased with my potential because if not they already forcrd me to send in other department

Whenever i have a question i seek help and try to analyze every accounts i handle and how to help my clients in paying their account.Banks have protocol and as an employee i should understand them so that i can better explain it to our clients whenever they needed to remind on it.

My last employer was already closed and i don't know where my boss now the last time i heard about him is he is in the states with his family.

The reason why i quit to my previous employer was because that time i was 6months pregnant and having a hard time with my situation.

I expect that i can also find friend like family in Europe and bring my husband and kid with me
