Bad service

I have purchased from Contagiousehair.com on August 5th and still to this day I havent recived my item. I called them 5 times and only once have I recievd an answer, replied: Our factory is currently under construction but once we start shipping ill give you a call back.
I never recieved a call back, I wrote them several times to they never even wrote back. am so upset...Please place my order. If still under construction please let me know i just want to be informed that my item will eventually reach my house as soon as possible.

Impossible to receive a refund

I placed an order with Contagious Hair for a closure piece. Elise advised me that the piece would arrive longer than two weeks and ASKED me if I wished to proceed. I opted not to. I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. Nor have I heard a response from Contatgious Hair again. Upon researching the company, I was SO UPSET to see so many negative reviews about them. These NEGATIVE reviews were REMOVED! I am still waiting for my refund to Paypal, which she was so quickly able to do to fix a shipping address issue. BUT to refund my purchase, they seem to be refusing to do even though they did not sell me a product and definitely have been of dis-service. I have been utterly frustrated with this company.
