loan mod company that claims to be attorney owned but no attorney on site. collecting upfront fees ranging from 1200 to 3000 depending what your monthly mortgage payment is. contract doesnt show any attorney involvement. i was advised NOT to pay my mortgage as it looks better to the bank that i cant pay my mortgage. i was told not to worry about foreclosure or a sale date and it got summons after summons, foreclosure notices . i kept asking why it is taking months and months and then i finally called the lender and was told they had no paperwork from continental home rescue on me. not even a letter of authroization. the owner told me that was incorrect and he did send my paperwork in but then a processor called me and said she had to update everything as the bank said my info was too old. i again called the lender who said they never ever received my papers or any papers at all. i had to resend everything to this girl who did get it sent in right away but now i am waiting again over 45 days or so and i am still in foreclosure. i had referred a friend there and he wnet through the same thing. seems before this new processor no one ever worked on my file. i called the owner many times and never got a return call . i even went there and there was no one there at 3 in the afternoon. place was dark and no notice on the door, i only got a return call when i complained by screaming at the processor to have the owner call me or i want my money back. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.. go where an attorney is present and its a retainer fee spelled out in a contract.
