This is a most dishonest company and deceitfully protects landscape contractor rather than ethically conducting honest investigation. Even though the facts that report has numerous errors and falsified evidence, HCC Surety Company stands by the report. The home owner has to suffer huge economic loss. To date I have lost up to $20, 000 by the most crooked landscape contractors imaginable.
