I was scammed on 12-4-10. As soon as I hung up the phone I googled this company and found all of your complaints from the past several months and I am grateful to you for posting and also shocked that this company is still scamming people.
I have sent info to local tv and newspapers to attempt to spread the word in Santa Monica, to warn others about this company and to go after the employees of this company. I have also filed complaints at the FTC, BBB, and Attorney General. I also noticed on their actual fancy website they are advertising 2 companies as their SPONSORS...home depot being one of them. I have also contacted home depot.
I also have located other addresses for this company, so I am not sure where they are really located. We need to rally together to share info to pursue the end to these horrible people. Here are more addresses I found:

Another person said Joel Becker is the "owner" name and if this is in fact true and his real name I read this is registered in Colorado. So I am not convinced of the true location of this business but I feel like we need to keep fighting...to keep researching. Contact me with info and I will continue to fight them!
They have part of my SS# too...did they ask you too? Maybe if enough of us complain and pursue this, we can file a class action law suit!
Oh yea, here's another thing I did and you can try it too. I contacted my bank and filled out a freud form. They refunded my $99 to my account and will turn it over to the authorities. So maybe that is just one more group who will go after them!! We are hard working people in the trade business working to make a living and these people are horrible coming after us. They got my info off craigslist. I also sent out a local ad on craigslist reporting the scam!

Don't give up...complain...complain...complain...we can bring them down!
