Unsolicited telemarkets scammed my 78 year old mother and sent invoice to her for Long Distance when there was no consent to switch from TELUS. I called and complained - they said some Mgr had to review the call before they could credit the whole $18. I verified with TELUS - they said it was switched several months ago but this is the first time a bill was received. They took advantage on an elderly lady ... They belong in Hell.

A few months age, someone called me asking for Angie XXXXX (my last name). My first name is Andrea, similar, but NOT the same. I told them no one by that name lives here, hung up and never thought anymore about it.

Shortly after that I got a bill in the mail from Convergia addressed to Angie XXXXX! I called them but was never able to get to talk to a live person and no one returned my messages. Now every month I get a small bill from them (under ten dollars) because of course I'm not using their services! I guess the charge is for administration fees or something.

Every time I get a bill I return it to them telling them to stop sending me bills, that I am not Angie XXXXX and I have never ordered their service. I have never paid them a cent and I doubt they can affect my credit since think I am NOT Angie XXXXX. But this is annoying! Every time I get a bill from them I feel angry!
