I had a stubborn carpet stain in a
small area, and stain was removed to
my satisfaction. Nice job.
BUT, after the carpet dried, the stain removal process separated the carpet where it was seemed and left a hole.
DrChemdry "assured" satisfaction, but
just argued we signed a disclaimer.
I tried to reason with them that things
happen, and I just wanted it repaired.
I offered to pay them an additional $75
dollars on top of the $99 +$10 "fee"
I paid already, the initial basic repair cost. BUT they said it would be a charge of $195 + a $20 "fee" this
time. Seems the fee is rising?
I always feel that reasonable people and reputable companies will work things
out. Cook Brothers are not one of those
companies. I have complaints in with the
Better Business Bureau, a few complaint
sites on the internet SO FAR, and I'm
waiting for the forms to arrive from the AZ Contractors Association, the
AZ Attorney Generals office, AND will be
looking for more agencies and sites to
report our problem, so others do not
fall victim .
I'll keep complaining, like forever, until Cook Brothers does something positive, which is DOUBTFUL.
This could have been handled so much easier. Seems these huge companies
are unwilling to part with any of their
profits, even to appease a situation as
small as this. I mean, I OFFERED to pay
them more to fix something they obviously broke.
I have, and showed Dr Chemdry the
before and after pictures.
Cook Bros, Dr CHEMDRY, is hopefully not
a true representation of your process, but Chemdry is in their adds and name, and will be appearing in as many places I can tell,
so thought i'd send this, just in case
you want to tell them to not be dragging your Chemdry process thru the mud.
