i ordered two tablet computers in november 2010 for christmas presents. on opening them on christmas day neither one was working properly. one froze within a couple of days and they both were having trouble staying connected to the router. I contacted customer service via email on their return to work in january (there is no telephone number available) and eventually they replied saying that they would not refund as it was not within their time frame for returns(they had been closed for over two weeks). I informed them that as they were faulty i was entitled to a full refund and requested they did so. i then recieved two recorded delivery parcels from them which on the advice of consumer direct i refused delivery of and the post office returned them back to them. I have had emails constantly ignored, they wont give me a contact telephone number, they contradict themselves when they do bother to reply and I am getting nowhere fast! It is now the 9th april 2011 and they are now saying that i have the two items(they wont give me the tracking numbers of the parcels to prove that they were returned) and I am not getting anything from them. I am now looking into proving (with the help of the post office) that they have the items in their possession and am considering taking out a small claim case in court against them.
