Slow shipping (or I've been spoiled by newegg). it took 12 days to get my item. I wasn't sure what was happening with my order so I emailed them and they responded promptly.

I bought 2 hard drive enclosure, it was a very good price for good quality material.

I'm glad I bought from them and would do so again but I wish they shipped faster and they had more automated emails to let me know the status of my order.
