lawsuits

i had them call me from 281-763-0434 on 4-13-10 and told me his name was jeff scott and said that the company had deposited money into my account and went to pay it back and there was none. i talked to a civil lawyer (a real one) and he told me they can't sue you without serving you papers. they told me that they had an affidavet that spelled out the charges. they wanted a lawwyer fax number to fax it to them. he read it to me but did not want to answer any questions.

Fraud - RICO Violations

i keep receiving calls from this alledged law firm demanding I pay them for a payday Loan that never existed. I called them at 281-763-0434 abd spoke to a man who identified himself as Jeff Scott. He threatens to sue me and tells me I have five days to pay them or they will take me to court. I asked "Jeff Scott" for the true name, address and telephone number of this "law firm"; he refused to provide me with that information. On a prior occasion I received a call from "Ian Stevens" who also demanded I pay him for this payday Loan. Both Jeff Scott and Ian Stevens have very heavy foreign accents which leads me to believe this is nothing more than a Scam being run by foreignors. I think this is a criminal conspiracy and violation of the RICO statutes and it is incumbent on the federal authorities to investigate, arrest and prosecute these criminals.
