My product was never shipped after 3 weeks of waiting. I sent 2 emails to: [email protected] and one to John Swingle at [email protected] who had originally told me my order was being processed. Please alert people to these emails and this website. I could "track" my order only to find out they were being shipped from China and it seemed to be going back and forth between 2 locations: "HEZE: and "Qingdao" and then back to the original location of "HEZE". I contacted MasterCard and put a dispute on the payment

The DVDs that were sent were illegal copies that arrived from China. Half of the episodes didn't work and there is no contact information or return address. They didn't even include a packing slip with the shipment. The DVD's had stickers on the them and were hand numbered with an ink pen. The TV Land logo was on each recorded episode telling me that they were recordings made directly from reruns on tv. And they were very poor quality. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
