I ordered a the new Avatrix 562 with some terminals. I decided to go with Copperbox. I spent over $3000 with them. They also promised to add a free Logitech Harmony remote as an incentive. When the stuff came last week, there was no remote. Now they are refusing to send the remote on the pretext that I did not inform them within 2 days. I am not sure where and why that should matter. I emailed them right away as soon as I opened the box the same week I received it.
For a business to question <$100 item, when I spent over $3000 with them, speaks volumes of their business practices and their ability to take undue advantage of the consumer.
I have to buy some more equipment, but I will never go back to them.
