We have purchased three cars from this dealership and one car was a lemon. We poured thousands per year into a 10 year old honda with over 100, 000 miles. They stopped honoring their own promises and warranties and then stuck us with a $1, 300 repair bill we never authorized - they didn't even give us an estimate. They said "we'll take care of you..." and then called us to say the car was working again (after the timing belt was broken that THEY replaced less than 2 years ago) and said we owed them $1300. They've had our car for a month now and won't budge. I have contacted corporate after the dealership told me "corporate won't do anything for you" and am waiting to hear back. The General Manager D. Lucca did nothing to help us - the guy in the service center (Sonny Alafonso) also did nothing. I will never buy a honda again after this experience. Pompano Honda looked at our car and said the timing belt was the issue and Coral Springs argued with them and now we're stuck with no car. We paid every single bill they've given us and had all recommended work done on that car and look where it got us - a Honda Civic that has cost us more than a luxury vehicle now. And they never even got us a rental in all this time - we're stuck with NO car and NO help. Hopefully Honda Corporate will help us when they call me back. I've given them 2 numbers to contact me on and they just keep playing phone tag and won't call the number I said was better to reach me. I'm having to get rides to and from work every day. This stinks and I've ONLY driven Hondas for the past 25 years. This is how Honda treats their most loyal customers.
