interview call & commission money
i have been shocked to see the so many complaints on core element dubai after i went through the same process of cheating!
this company has not changed still! they called me for an interview and then one of the lady by name Afshan has told me to come with her and asked some basic silly questions! On that moment i end up paying AED 300/- for their services which i did not request ! after reading these comments i felt really cheated!
so i ask every one of you who get the call from this company core element do not take it serious and if you go also do not pay single penny! they are real cheaters

Scam
I was called for an interview and paid a fee of 150 aed. I was told that somebody will call me for a training in Abu Dhabi i can attend. Nobody called and when i sent them email to ask for an explanation, no one got back to me. This is not ok.
I am a professional employee searching for a job, i don't need to waste my time driving to Dubai for nothing and in addition to that, they took my money...money that i do not have, since i'm jobless.
Someone should do something against this so called professional agency.

Scam
Well, Firstly they call you up on weekends, secondly, none of their numbers are working. I did not register my resume with them, nor did I apply for a position with them. I asked for a detailed job description, could not get it online either. I called them up and was told to pay an amount for registration - and that in itself is illegal in Dubai.
I called a few reputed recruitment consultants in Dubai and had to hear that they had many similar incidents, needless to say I did not go for the interview...
Beware of agencies in Dubai who ask for money from applicants, and one more tip. Google any company that ask you for an interview.

employment
Be aware that they call all the people on their data base without reviewing their C.V's they just tell you that you have been short listed and most of the time they dont even know what post one has applied for.you can prove this by uploading your c.v dont specify the job preference and when they call you just ask them what post will they be inteviewing you for, They dont care about quality or qualifications again you can also upload a very bogus C.V to prove this and eventually you will still get the call.all they want is to have as many people as they can to attend the interviews and hopefully pay the membership fee .The interviwers are also not qualified! Next time you get called in for an interview by core elements think twice and make the right choice! All the best.

job scam
This company is a scam, yet Gulf News Appointment has placed many job ads on behalf of them despite of many people complaining about their scam.
please dont give them 100 dhs or 150 dhs which they usually ask for, they are only making money on you.
They do not have any real jobs to offers anyone, they just make up fake interview calls and ...you are never selected by the client!!..
I have live in UAE more than 20 years and have seen agencies like these steal your money by running 'illegal' business of charging you any kind of fees, before you visit such agencies please read this ..
"Recruitment Agencies warned against collecting fees from job-seekers
The Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Labour, Humaid Bin Deemas, said that it is illegal to collect fees from jobseekers as it is against the Labour Law and agencies getting into such practices will be shut down.
Bin Deemas mentioned that charging fee from job-seekers for acting as a broker between employers and the job-seeker is considered illegal not only under the law of UAE, but also under the international law and the ministry has the right to shut down all agencies involved in such an act.
The Minister of Labour, Dr. Ali Abdullah Al Ka’abi, has expressed anger over the manner in which such recruitment agencies are operating and mentioned that any individual who has fallen as a victim to such agencies should report to the ministry immediately. As an initiative to stop such practices, the Ministry has stopped granting licenses to any new companies for two years."
