This complaint is tied to all the complaints on this board about AMLI (American Medical Life Insurance Co.), which has a history of not paying properly on legitimate claims, or NOT PAYING CLAIMS AT ALL. The Insurance Brokers Network (IBN) is the agency the created the Core Value Medical program, which uses AMLI to underwrite claims submitted by policyholders. Upon receiving numerous complaints from me that the policy they created is no good, because the insurance company will not process and pay my legitimate claims, and that I filed formal complaints with the Insurance Commissioners office in the State of Florida, who WERE ALSO IGNORED by this insurance company, I can tell you that this insurance broker has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to remedy the situation, or help me in any way. They just refer me to the claims department, who has received copies of the medical claims FOUR TIMES and still won't process them, citing problems with their computer system, and other excuses. I was forced to cancel this policy altogether, as I was paying hundreds of dollars each month, and RECEIVING NO SERVICE, NO PAYMENTS, NOTHING. My warning to you readers is this: AMLI is guilty of insurance and advertising fraud, as evidenced by all the complaints posted. But IBN, WHO CREATED THIS INSURANCE PACKAGE using this bad company, WILL NOT ADMIT TO ANY PROBLEMS, WILL NOT ASSIST YOU IN ANY WAY, AND THEIR AGENTS KEEP SELLING THESE GARBAGE POLICIES! Stay away from ANY POLICY sponsored by IBN, no matter which state you live in...you stand a good chance of losing all of your premium monies and having to pay the doctor yourselves! Thank you.
