Fraud
I have been going to Corinthian Motors for car repairs for several years and up until these situations was pleased with their service. The first incident occurred after they replaced my brake line and failed to tighten the fitting properly. The car leaked brake fluid and lost pressure while I was driving, causing a terrifyingly experience where I almost crashed. Afterwards, they tightened the fitting and the problem was resolved.
Another time, after Corinthian Motors worked on my car again, they failed to properly reattach my front wheel causing it to fall off while driving on the highway. My front end crashed into the pavement, ripping apart the front fender of the car. Luckily the car wasnt wrecked and no one was hurt by their carelessness. Such life-threatening mistakes are reprehensible for any repair shop.
Corinthian Motors accepted full responsibility and was apologetic for their mistake. They assured me they would fix the damage to my car and promised to pay for a rental car while they fixed my car. The car was finally repaired, the rental car returned and it looked like the whole fiasco was resolved, until Enterprise Rent a Car told me that Corinthian never paid for the rental as promised and I was now liable for the $2030.00 rental fee. After months of Owner Joe Frohlich assuring me and Enterprise that Corinthian would pay for the rental, (and then claiming that he had already paid (Enterprise denies receiving payment from them), Corinthian never paid and I was stuck paying thousands of dollars for the rental that Corinthian Motors arranged for me due to their mechanics mistake. Frohlich and Corinthian Motors made dangerous, irresponsible mistakes repairing my car and compounded the problem by failing to pay what they had guaranteed that they would.
