I bought a vehicle in October only to finally receive the registration papers in January!

I purchased a ford bantam from Clive Millman in October 2008. I paid for the vehicle in full and was told that it had been settled with the bank the previous day. When I collected the bakkie, I was told the secretary was on her way with the registration papers but had been parked in at their other branch. I waited for over an hour before deciding to return the following day to collect. The following day the papers were not there and they promised to have them delivered. After many frustrating calls and emails to both the owner and sales person, I was told the previous owner had not signed the paperwork and it could therefore not be released. I was also told that the paperwork had been handed over to a courier to process the licence and they were waiting for the courier to return.

After over 2 months I finally learned that they had not yet settled the bank even though I had made payment in full in October. I did finally get my papers, but would like to warn potentail customers. This company cannot be trusted.
