1. Bank A/C not activated
I filled the A/C opening form with your representative who came to our Eicher Motors plant, Pithampur, Distt. Dhar, MP, India on April 02, 2008. He promised that the A/C will be active within 7 days of filling the form. I recieved the welcome kit having a cheque book, an ATM-cum-debit card. I was provided with the A/C no. 108401000061038 with the Pithampur Branch of yours.
Till this time (April 18, 2008), the A/C has not been activated (as I was told by the branch people). I don't what they mean by A/C not being activated because I was able to change my password at the ATM and my ATM welcomes me and shows 0 balance.
I deposited a cheque on April 15, 2008 and was told that it will be encashed by 7:30 pm on April 16, 2008 but it wasn't and when I went to the brasnch personally, they told me that m, y cheque is still lying with them as the A/C has not been activated.
2. Branch Head making a fool out of me:
The Branch Head took my mobile number and promised me that the A/C will be activated by afternoon today i.e. April 18, 2008 but it is not. And neither did he tell me that it is a bank holiday today and hence I will not be able to contact anyone of them. I got his number from your Customer Service Department and called him in the morning but he hung uop saying he is going to call me back soon as he is in traffic right now. I didn't recieve any call till now and when I tried calling him again, he didn't pick up and sent an SMS saying he can't take my call.
3. CSE giving away wrong information:
I called up your customer care number yesterday and I spoke to "Pallavi" and she told me that she is filling the request against my complaint (Request No. 003332) and that it will be processed by today afternoon. I called up just now and the CSE told me that it is still pending.
I am completely harassed by the emplioyees and services of your bank. I have just joined myu first job at a new place with no friends or helpers and I am totally out of cash right now. Is this how a "Private Bank" and fairly renowned one like yours treats your new customers, especially corporate clients? Such a thing is not aty all fair and calls for a detailed reply or else I shall have no option other than going to consumer courts for further solution. You and your employees are acting totally unprofessional in their approach by not keeping any of their promises and giving away wrong informations.
Kindly look into the matter and I expect a fast solution and detailed explanation for this harassment though I don't think you can justify all this at all.
