Never used this phone service before. Had to receive a jail collect call on my cell phone. Put $40.00 in the account when I opened it. The lady said each call was $3.00 for the full 15 min. to this prison. They charged me $17.30 for each call. I only got two calls and one wasn't even for 15 min. They told me I own them a balance when you do the math they own me. I will never use this service again. They would not correct their error or clear the balance. These people should be shut down. HUGE SCAM..

I call Correctional Billing Service and the company bill my credit card
for $56.95 on 7/22/09 for service to recieve inmate telephone call from a Correctional facility and every time that my family memeber call the first call come through it will drop I went through all the step to except the call and the call drop. My family member will have to call back. I was charge for drop call.
