I have deposited money with Correctional Billing Services for phone account so my son can call me from a correctional institution. Every time he tries to call me it will disconnect and we cannot speak. I have called the co. twice and one time after that I got to speak to him once but not since then. Help!!! Don't ask me to try the institution because they will not help me.
