I purchased a very expensive pair of Costa 580 Sunglasses on the evening of Friday, June 17th. I wore them for about an hour and decided that I did not like them. I then tried to return them to the store on Sunday, June 19th. I was told I could not return them. That I had to return them to the manufacturer even though I had had them for less that 48 hours. I was NEVER told any of this at the time of the purchase. Then I was told that they had to have all of the stickers and tags. The sunglasses were from the display case and did not have any tags or stickers when I got them. I emailed the corporate office only to be told the same thing except that I could not return them at all even to the manufacturer. If I had been told that I could not return the sunglasses I would not have purchased them as they were a very large investment and for that money I want something that I love!!! So word to the wise...DO NOT purchase sunglasses from Academy Sports!!!
