I bought an item from this website. As i filled the information out the shipping cost stated 29.99$ and will be delieverd by Oct, 29th. After i placed the payment I recieved an email saying Nov 1st. I emailed the website right away telling them I did not want the costume by then, I needed it for halloween. No reply. Emailing for two weeks straight and the website does not offer a number for residents outside of the US. So i had a family member call them several times and leave several messages. No answer and no reply. At this point I was furious. After emailing them several times to cancel the payment, obviously no cared to read it let alone reply and the item arrived. The wrong item was shipped to my house, a babys costume! I told fedex they can sent it back, I have never experienced this type of negligence from any other business. After writing a review, I recieved an email from someone telling me it will take 3 weeks for a refund!! THREE WEEKS! They also stated that they would not refund the shipping cost. I paid as much for the shipping cost as i did for the item, because I wanted the item for the date stated when I was checking out the order and also I wanted the RIGHT item. Due to there negligence I have to pay for the shipping cost, and this I refuse to do. I am giving the website a week for a clear payment of 77.66$, If i dont recieve it I will contact whoever I can to fix the problem and make sure the website is shut down.
