This is a new store at the Ontario Mills shopping center. I wanted to make a purchase but unfortunately, with 4 or 5 associates in the small store, there was only one person at the register. Well, there were actually 2, but both were processing one purchase. Neither acknowledged me standing there waiting with an, "Well be right with you" or a "Hi, how are you." I ended up walking out and making a purchase at another store because of the horrible service. Not impressed.
