Country Club officials/staff called me numerous times and requested for a meeting me with their Marketing Officer. One of the Marketing Officer Mr. Shan spoke to us (me & my wife Mrs Jaya) and sends his junior executive to our residence.

At the first instance we expressed our willingness not to become a member but during the course of the discussion the staff brain washed and promised that they would be given a life membership for 3 generations with M/s. Country Club India Limited. They offered us the followings, (OFFER LETTER also attached herewith dated 01 Jun 2007)


FIRST OFFER: That this membership is valid across all country clubs and their affiliated clubs across India. All facilities can be used 'Free of any costs' other than food and accommodation and a lot of other more offers.

SECOND OFFER: Free 2 nights & 3 days package at Country Club De Goa with air ticket one way.

THIRD OFFER: 3 days & 2 nights free package at BUSH BETTA wild life

FOURTH OFFER: 3267 sqft of land at Tumkur near Country Club House.

FIFTH OFFER: Free complimentary passes for mega events & monthly updates.

Believing in their representations we became a member to their club by paying an amount of Rs.1, 25, 000/- immediately vide Cheque and also by credit card. My Membership ID is COOL CG 262 A.

SECOND OFFER AND CHEATING

I called more than 50 times for flight tickets to Goa, The Country Club Customer Care keep on postponing every time. Again in the month of Mar 2009 ironically the Customer service calls every other day asking for Rs. 5000/- additional, offering me 4 members Flight Ticket Up and Down.

Till date we could not avail the offer, as per the customer care staff the booking is full since from Sep 2007.

THIRD OFFER AND CHEATING

When we called for the 3 days and 2 night free package at BUSH BETTA wild life resort, the customer care executive was reacting as if they have no idea about this particular offer, and they always say “ we will get back to you in this regard soon”.

This was the recorded answer I was getting from the staff all the time. We had no other option to leave this offer too.

FOURTH OFFER AND CHEATING

As per the FIRST ALLOTMENT LETTER Myself and wife went to the Club Office and asked them to show us the Tumkur site which was allotted in our name. They send one of their executive called “ JOHN” along with us to Tumkur, he showed us the above said site close to Country Club House, we were very happy that day to see our site. Later we come to know that the sites they showed us was fake and the same sites were showed to minimum 1000 members already and we understood we were completely cheated by the staffs of Country Club. We spend almost Rs.4000/-, for hiring the vehicle and other expenses additional to that our precious time


When we questioned them, they gave some explanations and They issued SECOND ALLOTMENT LETTER which was said to be 'Cocunut Grove Vedic Country Spa Phase 2(vs) Indpur Dist, Site No. 1159 & 1160 & 1158 again blocked under my name.

For the above mentioned three site, they have collected Rs. 55, 000.00 for the registration charges.We have been calling them hundred of times, for the registration papers and funny thing is that club demand annual Maintenance charges Rs. 3666/-, so that the registration papers will be hand over to us soon, there was no other option for me and I paid the registration charges.

We requested several times to Mr. Shan and Amritha Estaes for sending a staff along with us to see the place, which they never send. At last we collected some information from the CC office and visited the location, where we could not found not even Half acre of land and as they told us, the construction of the Club House nor the Layout numbering. Again We spent more than Rs.7000/- for our expenses and we realized that we had cheated again by the Club Staff.

After that next month again we went to the Amritha Estate and fought for our money back, then one of their staff said us to wait for one more month, so that she will register our property in some other phase. We understood that our hard earned money is gone and there were no other options left in front of us and we had to agree to them. They made THIRD ALLOTMENT LETTER, after few days they called us and hand over some Xerox copy of documents saying that this is the mother document for the property. And assured that they will take us to the site which is allotted. And they took our finger prints all that saying for registration,

We saw the news/instructions given by The City Police Commissioner, released in today’s news papers (30 July 2009, copy attached) and we also approached the Club for cancellation of the sites and membership and we asked to return our payment, But the club refuse to pay our money. They said three sites has been registered in our name.

FOURTH TIME CHANGED ALLOTED SITE
Last week of Aug 2009, I got again a call from Amrutha estate . We went there and they told us, the registration documents what they given before to us was fake and they will give 'Cocunut Grove Vedic Country Spa Phase 2(vs) Indpur Dist, Site No. 1159 & 1160 & 1158 (the sites offered at the second time) and again the same thumb impression all they took from me.

We lost full trust in Country Club. They did all false promises and fooled us several times and we lost so much money, time and more than mental pressure and when we asked for refund they are not ready to refund our money back though we did not avail any facility of theirs.

Country Club staff is collecting money from the members, and clearing the membership fee, we are not ready to pay the bribe, still we didnot receive out hardearned cash.
